Aaron is the owner of Elite Inspection Services—a full-service commercial and single-family real estate inspection and consulting business.

Aaron played football at Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa before turning his focus and work ethic toward the business community.

Previously, Aaron was SVP and Director of Asset Management for Midwest First Financial. And he cofounded PWC Real Estate and served as SVP, where he handled all aspects of real estate and contracts in 48 states.

Aaron is heavily involved in the community through a variety of charitable endeavors and is a founding partner of Signed Sports Management LLC.

Matt is the owner of TIP Athlete Development Club, which provides individualized instruction focusing on fundamentals and technical training to hundreds of athletes.

He played hockey at the University of Nebraska Omaha from 2008-2012 and remains active in the Omaha hockey community.

Matt is a founding partner of Signed Sports Management LLC and looks forward to connecting student-athletes with local businesses and charitable organizations.

Dave is the owner of Seefus Electric, a locally owned business offering residential, commercial and industrial electrical contracting services. Dave is also an investor/owner in multiple other local businesses in and around the Omaha area.

Dave focuses his various business endeavors on creating and bring new business and business concepts to the area that will support the local growth of the Omaha area.

Dave grew up in Omaha and has been an avid University of Nebraska Omaha hockey fan which has evolved into various area of charitable support for the Nebraska Omaha as well as other local charitable organizations.

Josh provides leadership to the Business Development Team at Metonic, including the fostering of investor relationships and furthering brand awareness.

He came to Metonic after overseeing the growth and continued development of the Goosmann Law Firm within the Omaha market as the Executive Director.

Previously, Josh spent over 16 years as a leader in college athletics, where he served as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for the University of Nebraska—Omaha and previously as Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln.

While at UNO, Josh played an integral role in converting the university into a Division I athletic department and the construction and funding of the Baxter Arena.

Josh received his Bachelor and Juris Doctorate Degrees from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln.

Joel is a litigation attorney with a wide range of experience in all realms of the dispute process. As a Chief People Officer, Partner and Owner of Goosmann Law, he is equipped to provide his clients with strategic, experience-based and conscientious legal advice.

Joel has over 20 years of experience practicing in both Nebraska and Iowa, with a wide practical experience in multiples areas of law including, insurance law, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and litigation. In his career, he has represented financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, small and large businesses.

Joel is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Iowa Bar Association and has held multiple leadership positions in the Nebraska Bar Association for decades. Joel is a Panel Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
